4, air stability and weather resistance
The magnesium sulphate plate is a gas-hardening cementitious material that can only continue to set and harden in air, which gives it good air stability. After the magnesium sulfate slurry is solidified, the more dry the air is, the more stable it is. Tests have shown that the pressure resistance and folding resistance of magnesium sulfate plates in dry air increase with age, until the two ages are still growing, very stable.
5, low burning degree and low corrosivity
The pH of the slurry of the magnesium sulfate plate fluctuates between 8 and 9.5, which is close to neutral and is very corrosive to glass fiber and wood fiber. Everyone knows that GRC products are reinforced with glass fiber, and plant fiber products are enhanced with wood fiber scraps such as sawdust, shavings, cotton stalks, bagasse, peanut shell, rice husk, corn powder, etc., while glass fiber and wood fiber are not alkali resistant. The materials are extremely resistant to alkali corrosion, and they lose strength under high alkali corrosion and lose their reinforcing effect on the cementitious material. Therefore, conventional cement cannot be reinforced with glass fiber and wood fiber due to high alkali.
